Licensing

We manage licence applications, alongside local lawyers & consultants, across the globe. We are able to provide a full end-to-end licence management service or support specific aspects of a licensing project.

A critical part of being able to receive a licence or concession is choosing and using the expertise of local lawyers & consultants. We are able to recommend local expertise from our network or work with your regular advisors.

When providing a full licensing solution, we generally work using the following process:

Compliance

We provide dedicated additional support to compliance teams.

For larger companies, we can provide extra support for particular compliance areas, advice on best practice/benchmarked industry practice and specific problem-solving. For smaller companies, we offer a turnkey solution and support with building & scaling a compliance function.
